On September 27th, Hiddo Soor hosted a showcase with the 4H program at Pillsbury United Communities Coyle Center in Minneapolis.
Minneapolis Multicultural Day
Minneapolis Public Schools invited Hiddo Soor to perform at the Multicultural Day during summer break on August 16th!
Somali Independence Day
On July 1st, Hiddo Soor and Ka Joog had the great opportunity to partner and showcase art and culture at the annual Somali Independence Day Festival on Lake Street.
Rochester Somali Cultural Festival & Independence Day
Partnered with Somali-American Social Services Association, Hiddo Soor launched a Somali Cultural Festival in Rochester for Somali Independence Day on June 30th.
2023 Somali Cultural Festival
The 2023 Somali Cultural Festival was held at the Hilde Performance Center on June 10th in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Northeast Middle School Multicultural Day
Hiddo Soor performed traditional Somali dance at Northeast Middle School in Minneapolis for the school’s multicultural day.
Arbor Day Celebration
Hiddo Soor participated in the Windom Northeast Park Arbor Day in partnership with the Minneapolis Park Organization.
Bell Museum Showcase
Under the University of Minnesota’s extension, Hiddo Soor presented at the Bell Museum in partnership with KaJoog.
Somali-American’s Got Talent Finale
Hiddo Soor’s Somali-American’s Got Talent show hosted it’s finale on December 2nd with the finalists from the first two rounds! Watch below:
Hiddo Soor’s 1st Anniversary
Hiddo Soor’s first anniversary will be held at Wayzata High School featuring acts from top Somali artists!
Hiddo Soor Cup Soccer Tournament
The preliminary round between St. Cloud Stars and Minneapolis Stars was held on March 28th. Another round will be coming soon!
2022 Somali Cultural Festival
Held at Hilde Performance Center on June 10th, the festival was dedicated to showcasing talent, music, dance, and the culture of the Somali community.
Somali-Americans Got Talent
A preliminary was held on June 14th and the talent show was on September 24th! Congratulations and a big thanks to all contestants!
